    Chocolate Cake w/ butter cream middle

    Recipe Introduction


    This cake is the most requested recipe that I have I make it for special occasions. Its good anytime.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Boxes of chocolate cake mix (your choice)
    • 2 cans of chocolate icings (your choice)
    • 3 sticks of imperial margine (dont substiute)
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Prepare the cakes as directed on the box.In a 9 x 13 pan, greased and floured well. Cool on wire rack and tranfer to wax paper, cakes must be cool.
    2. mix flour and milk together and cook on low heat until thick. Let the mixture cool to room temp.
    3. Cream the butter add sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Add the cooled flour mixture to the butter mixture beat for 2 to 3 minute on high it will get very fluffy. ( I have a kitchen aid mixer and its to powerful it makes it liquify, use a small hand mixer.)
    4. spread the butter cream between the two cakes, put on the top layer and ice the rest of the cake with the chocolate icing.


    Final Comments


    Make sure that you put the cake in the fridge it will set the butter cream up better for slicing.
