Tex Mex Quesadillas

- 1 package kraft Tex Mex Nachos shredded cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 8 medium flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup chopped avocado
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- 2 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Set aside 1 cup cheese. Mix remaining cheese and salsa. PLace 1/3 cup mixture on half of each tortilla; fold over. Cook tortillas a few at a time, in ungreased frypan on medium heat, for about 2 min per side. Cool 5 min; cut into 3 triangles.
- Sprinkle reserved cheese on top triangles; place under broiler to melt cheese.
- Stir together reamining ingredients. Spoon 1 tbsp mixture on each quesadilla just before serving.
