Poppy Seed Muffins

o 3 cup flour
o 11/2 tsp. salt
o 11/2 baking powder
o 3 eggs`
o 11/8 cup salad oil
o 21/4 sugar (I usually cut down on the sugar)
o 11/2 cup milk`
o 11/2 tsp. almond flavoring
o 11/2 tsp. butter flavoring
o 11/4 tsp. vanilla
o 21/2 Tsp. poppy seeds
o Glaze
o 11/4 cup orange juice
o 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
o 1/2tsp. butter flavoring
o 1 tsp. vanilla
o 2/3 cup sugar
Recipe
18. Sift together dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, milk, and flavorings. Fold in poppy seeds.
19. Bake in paper lined muffin cups at 350 until high and brown on top. About 25-30 minutes.
20. Mix together glaze ingredients.
21. Remove muffins from oven and pour glaze over hot muffins. Cool
