List of Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 4 cups shredded carrots
- Frosting;
- 8oz cream cheese
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix sugars, eggs and oil for 3 mins.
- Sift flour,baking powder,baking soda,spices and add to egg mixture. Mix in carrots and nuts.
- Bake in a springform in a preheated oven 350. for 45-60 min.
- Frosting; mix cream cheese and icing sugar, vanilla,butter . Spread over cooled cake.
