• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 cup brown sugar
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1 1/3 cups oil
  
• 2 cups flour
  
• 2 tsp baking powder
  
• 2 tsp baking soda
  
• 2 tsp cinnamon
  
• 3/4 cup walnuts chopped
  
• 4 cups shredded carrots
  
• Frosting;
  
• 8oz cream cheese
  
• 2 cups icing sugar
  
• 2 tbsp butter
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Mix sugars, eggs and oil for 3 mins.
   
2. Sift flour,baking powder,baking soda,spices and add to egg mixture. Mix in carrots and nuts.
   
3. Bake in a springform in a preheated oven 350. for 45-60 min.
   
4. Frosting; mix cream cheese and icing sugar, vanilla,butter . Spread over cooled cake.
