    2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water

    FROSTING:
    6 Tbsp. butter, softened.
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat on medium
    speed 2 minutes. Add boiling water. Mix all together. (Batter will be thin.) Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
