    • Cake:
    • 2 cups all purpose flour
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2/3 cup baking cocoa
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 cup brewed coffee, room temperature
    • Frosting:
    • 1 package cream cheese softened
    • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 2 cups icing sugar
    • 2 tbsp milk
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • Miniature semisweet chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. In a mixing bowl, combine dry indredients. Add eggs,oil,milk and vanilla;beat for 2 min.
    2. Stir in coffee (batter will be thin). Pour into greased 13inchx9inchx2inch. baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
    3. Cool completely on a wire rack.
    4. For frosting:
    5. Beat cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth. Beat in sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
