    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter,softened
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 can regular eagle brand
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • Few drops yellow food coloring
    • 2.2 lbs icing sugar
    • 1.5 lbs candy coating or semi sweet baking chocolate, melted
    • Decorative icing, Candy sprinkles


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and salt untilfluffy. Gradually beat in eagle brand,vanilla and food coloring. Slowly beat in icing sugar until well blended.
    2. Knead with hands until mixture is smooth and pliable.
    3. Form mixture into eggs. Place onto wax paper lined tray. Cover and chill for 4 hours or until firm.
    4. Resting each egg on a fork,dip into melted chocolate, letting excess coating drip off.
    5. PLace back on tray; let stand until firm.
    6. Decorate with sprinkles while still moist,or let chocolate stand until firm and decorate with icing. Store covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
