    1 (14-oz.) pkg. caramels
    o 1/4 cup whipping cream
    o 2 cups broken pieces of pecans
    o 1 (6-oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

    5. Combine caramels and cream in a double boiler. Cook for one hour, stirring occasionally. Stir in pecans.
    6. Drop mixture by clusters onto waxed paper or a buttered cookie sheet. Let stand for one hour.
    7. Heat chocolate chips and drop 1/2 teaspoon onto each candy cluster.
