Festive Rum Balls

2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/4 cup (50 mL) each: corn syrup, and icing sugar
1/3 cup (75 mL) dark rum or orange juice
2 cups (500 mL) chocolate, baking crumbs
1 cup (250 mL) finely chopped pecans
Finely chopped toasted pecans, icing sugar and grated chocolate
Recipe
MICROWAVE chocolate on MEDIUM for 2 minutes, stir until melted. Add corn syrup, icing sugar, dark rum or orange juice, chocolate baking crumbs and finely chopped pecans; mix well. Chill until firm enough to handle.
SHAPE into 1 in. (2.5 cm) balls. Roll in chopped pecans, icing sugar or grated chocolate.
STORE, in airtight container in refrigerator for at least three days to mellow. Rum Balls do not need to be frozen
