List of Ingredients
- 35 unwrapped caramels
- 1/4 cup water
- 40 shortbread cookies
- 24 oz chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine caramels with water in a small pan and melt over low heat.
- Place cokies side by sid on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spoon caramel on each cookie. Chill in refrigerator until caramel is firm.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Be sure not to over heat. Remove the cookies from refrigerator. Rest each cookie on a fork and spoon chcocolate over top.
- Place on wax paper and cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours or until firm.
