    List of Ingredients


    • 35 unwrapped caramels
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 40 shortbread cookies
    • 24 oz chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Combine caramels with water in a small pan and melt over low heat.

    2. Place cokies side by sid on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spoon caramel on each cookie. Chill in refrigerator until caramel is firm.

    3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Be sure not to over heat. Remove the cookies from refrigerator. Rest each cookie on a fork and spoon chcocolate over top.

    4. Place on wax paper and cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours or until firm.
