List of Ingredients



• 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  
• 3 to 4 green onions,sliced
  
• 2 garlic cloves,minced
  
• 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  
• 3/4 cup milk
  
• 2 egg yolks
  
• dash pepper and ground nutmeg
  
• 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  
• 1 pound smoked sausage,sliced
  
• 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
  
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  
• 1 tsp dried thyme or sage
  






Instructions



1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
   
2. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl; mash potatoes.
   
3. add onions,garlic,butter,milk,egg yolks,pepper and nutmeg; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in parsley, sausage and cheeses.
   
4. Spoon into a greased 2-qt baking dish. Sprinkle with thyme. Bake,uncovered,at 400. for 30 min. or until lightly browned and heated through.
