    Meatball And Vegetable Casserole

    Meatballs:
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp chopped onion
    1 Tbsp chopped green onion
    Thyme, mace, sage, salt and pepper to taste.
    Vegetables:
    1 cup sliced celery
    ½ cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1-½ cups chopped carrots
    1-9 oz cans Tomatoes
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients (meatballs) and shape into 12 meatballs of equal size. Broil until brown and place in a casserole. Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the vegetables and pour over the meatballs in the casserole. Bake, covered in an oven for at least 45 minutes. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
