Coconut Macaroons

3 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/4 cups coconut
2 tblsp flourRecipe
Preheat oven to 325.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Using a mixer, beat egg whites on medium speed until thick and foamy ( about 2 minutes).
With the mixer still running slowly add the sugar and continue to mix for 1 minute after sugar has been added.
Beat in the coconut on low speed until well combined, about 30 seconds.
Sprinkle in the flour, using a spatula mix the dough.
Drop by tblsp on to baking sheet, bake until lightly browned and set about 24 to 26 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
