1-cup of margarine or butter, softened
1-cup of granulated sugar
2/3-cup of packed brown sugar
2-eggs, beaten
1-tsp of vanilla
1/2-cup of peanut butter
2-cups of all-purpose flour
1-tsp of baking powder
1-tsp of baking soda
1/2-tsp of salt
4-cups of cheerios cereal
1 1/2-cups of candy-coated chocolate candies


Recipe



Heat the oven to 350º.
Mix margarine and both sugars in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, vanilla and peanut butter until well blended.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir flour mixture into margarine mixture. Stir in cereal and candies. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 1 minute, then remove from cookie sheet with a spatula. Cool on a wire rack.
