    • 1 cup butter ,softened
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 3 cups all purpose flour
    • 3 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 can raspberry pie filling
    • Frosting:
    • 1 tbsp butter,softened
    • 1 tbsp shortening
    • 1 ounce cream cheese,softened
    • 2 tbsp marshmallow cream
    • 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp icing sugar
    • 1 tbsp milk


    Instructions


    1. In a mixing bowl,cream butter and sugar. Combine the flour,baking powder and salt.
    2. Combine the eggs,milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with egg mixture;mix well. Divide dough in half;chill for 2 hours or until firm.
    3. Roll out one portion of dough into a 15inchx10inchx1inch greased baking dish.
    4. Spread with raspberry filling. Roll out remaining dough to 1/4inch thickness. Cut into 1/2 inch wide strips; make a lattice crusst over filling.
    5. Bake at 350. for 30 min. or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
    6. In a mixing bowl beat the butter,shortening,cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Add the confectioners sugar and milk;mix well. Drizzle over bars.
