    1/2 cup butter, cut into chunks

    1 1/4 cups flour

    3 Tbsp. cold water

    2 eggs

    1/2 cup sugar

    1 pkg. (200 g) flaked coconut
    1/3 cup KRAFT PURE Red Raspberry Jam

    Recipe



    CUT butter into flour in a large bowl until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle water over mixture while tossing to blend. Press evenly onto bottom of ungreased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Decrease oven temperature to 350°F.

    BEAT eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick and light in color. Gently stir in coconut. Spread jam over crust to within 1/4 inch of edges. Carefully spread coconut mixture over jam.

    BAKE 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan, on wire rack. Cut into bars.
