List of Ingredients
- Base:
- 3 squares Bakers Semi Sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmellows
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup whole pecans
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 squares Semi sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Base;
- Melt chocolate and shortening in a 13x9 inch cake pan in 350 oven. Remove from oven. Add crumbs, nuts and coconut; mix well. Press firmly into bottom of pan.
- Topping:
- Sprinkle marshmallows, coconut and nuts over base. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over top. Bake at 350. for 25-30 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven.
- Cool. Partially melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat and continue stirring until completely melted. Drizzle over cooled bar. Chill to set chocolate. Cut into bars.
