    1 c.sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. b.soda
    1 c. chopped pecans pieces
    48 rolos (maybe a few more)

    Recipe



    combine 1 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, and butter, beat till light and fluffy
    add vanilla and eggs, mix well

    combine flour, cocoa, b. soda
    mix well, add to sugar mixture
    blend well, add 1/2 c. pecans
    cover with plastic, put in fridge for 30 mins.

    Oven 375 degrees
    mix other 1/2 c. pecans and 1 tbsp. white sugar in bowl
    shape about 1 tbsp of dough around a rolo, cover completely, press one side of cookie in sugar mixture, bake 375 for 7-10 mins, cool 2-3 mins on cookie tray, then move to rack to cool more.
