    • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
    • 1/2 Cup Margarine, softened
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 3/4 Cups All-purpose Flour
    • 1 tsp Cream of tartar
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 2 Tbsp Sugar
    • 2 tsp Cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400. In a large bowl, beat 1 1/2 cups sugaar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs;blend well.
    2. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt;mix well.
    3. In a small bowl,combine 2 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into 1-inch balls;roll balls in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
    4. Bake at 400. for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from the cookie sheets. Cool completely.
