    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup Lactantia Butter, softened
    • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 3/4 cups Robin Hood All Purpose or Whole Wheat Flour
    • 1 cup Robin Hood or Old Mill Oats
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 pkg Chipits Skor Toffee Bits
    • 1 cup Chipits Milk Chocolate Chips
    • 3/4 Slivered almonds


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat butter, brown sugar, granultaed sugar, egg and vanilla together in large bowl until creamy.
    2. Combine flour oats, baking soda and salt. Add butter mixture beating until blended. Stir in toffee bits, chocolate chips and almonds. Drop dough by Tblsp onto prepared baking sheets.
    3. Bake in center of 375 oven for 8-12 minutes, or until light golden. Cool for 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to rack and cool completely.
