Toffee Chocolate Almond Crunch Cookies

- 1 cup Lactantia Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups Robin Hood All Purpose or Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Robin Hood or Old Mill Oats
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pkg Chipits Skor Toffee Bits
- 1 cup Chipits Milk Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 Slivered almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat butter, brown sugar, granultaed sugar, egg and vanilla together in large bowl until creamy.
- Combine flour oats, baking soda and salt. Add butter mixture beating until blended. Stir in toffee bits, chocolate chips and almonds. Drop dough by Tblsp onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in center of 375 oven for 8-12 minutes, or until light golden. Cool for 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to rack and cool completely.
