1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) whole kernel cornRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in saucepan. Mix sugar and flour; stir into melted butter. Stir in milk, eggs and baking powder. Mix well; stir in corn. Pour mixture into 2 qt. buttered casserole. Bake until top is golden brown and center is set, about 45 minutes.
