Hidden Treasure Chocolate Cups

MELT 8 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate with 1/2-cup butter in microwave on MEDIUM for 3 minutes. Stir until well blended. Set aside.
BEAT 4 eggs, 1/2-cup sugar and a couple spoonfuls prepared coffee until thickened. Add 2 Tbsp. flour and chocolate mixture. Beat just until blended. Pour into 6 greased and lightly floured (6 oz). Custard cups; place on baking sheet.
BAKE at 400°F for 11-15 minutes or until cakes are puffed and crusted, but still soft in centers. Cool 7 minutes. Invert cakes onto dessert plates. Sift icing sugar over cakes and serve warm.
