    List of Ingredients


    • 3-4 eggs,seperated
    • 1 package of ladyfingers
    • 1/2 liter of strong coffee
    • 1 cup brandy
    • 3-4 tbsp sugar
    • 500g mascarprone cheese


    Instructions


    1. Mix the egg yolks with mascarprone cheese. Fold in egg whites.
    2. Dip the ladyfingers in the brandy mixed coffee. Layer the ladyfingers in a shallow flat dish and put a layer of the cheese on top. Continue this till no more ladyfingers and cheese. Chill before serving.
