- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- Grated Peel and Juice from 1 Large Lemon
- 1 Tbsp Room Temperature Butter
Instructions
- In a food processor whirl sugar with flour, eggs, milk, lemon and butter.
- Pour into a 9inch ungreased pie plate. Bake at 325 until set, 25 to 30 min.
