    Very good cake!!!!!

    List of Ingredients




    o 1/2 cup Margarine
    o 1/2 cup Sugar
    o 1 tsp.Vanilla
    o 2 Eggs
    o 1 pound Apples
    o 1 tsp. Lemon
    o 1 3/4 cup Flour
    o 2 tsp Baking powder
    o 4 Tblsp. Milk

    10. Cream 1/2 cup margarine; blend in 1/2 cup sugar, 1-teaspoon vanilla, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
    11. Add 1 3/4 cup flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 4 tablespoons milk.
    12. Mix Well.
    13. Spread in a spring-form pan.
    14. Place about 1 pound peeled and sliced apples on top.
    15. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or till golden
