    Fish Cakes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix
    • 1/4 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
    • 2 cans of Salmon , drained, skin and bones discarded
    • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
    • Chopped green onion
    • If using tuna add:
    • 2 cans Tuna, drained, flaked
    • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
    • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
    • Shredded Carrots


    Instructions


    1. Mix together stuffing mix, 3/4 cup water, mayonnaise, fish, add-ins and 1/2 cup vegetables.

    2. Cover refrigerate for 10 min.

    3. Heat a large frying pan on medium heat. For each fish cake, shape 1/2 cup of the stuffing mixture into a patty. Add to frying pan in batches.

    4. Cook 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, turning over carefully.
