- 1 pkg. Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix
- 1/4 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
- 2 cans of Salmon , drained, skin and bones discarded
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- Chopped green onion
- If using tuna add:
- 2 cans Tuna, drained, flaked
- 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Carrots
Instructions
- Mix together stuffing mix, 3/4 cup water, mayonnaise, fish, add-ins and 1/2 cup vegetables.
- Cover refrigerate for 10 min.
- Heat a large frying pan on medium heat. For each fish cake, shape 1/2 cup of the stuffing mixture into a patty. Add to frying pan in batches.
- Cook 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, turning over carefully.
