List of Ingredients
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 bay leaf,crushed
- 1/4 cup celery,diced
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 tsp parsley,minced
- 1/2 cup green pepper,minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups cooked shrimp
Instructions
- Saute onion in margarine,blend in flour and all other ingredients except shrimp.
- Cook slowly until thickened,about 30 min.
- Stir in shrimp. Serve over cooked rice.
