    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tbsp margarine
    • 1/2 cup minced onion
    • 2 tbsp flour
    • 1 bay leaf,crushed
    • 1/4 cup celery,diced
    • 1 can tomato paste
    • 1 tsp parsley,minced
    • 1/2 cup green pepper,minced
    • 1/4 tsp pepper sauce
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 cups cooked shrimp


    Instructions


    1. Saute onion in margarine,blend in flour and all other ingredients except shrimp.
    2. Cook slowly until thickened,about 30 min.
    3. Stir in shrimp. Serve over cooked rice.
