Low Fat Zesty Shrimp and Pasta

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 package Linguine Pasta
- 3/4 cup Italian Dressing divided
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can artichoke hearts,drained, cut into quarters
- 1 pound cleaned large shrimp
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Cook mushrooms,onion,artichoke hearts in 1/2 cup dressing while pasta is cooking. Add shrimp and parsley and continue cooking until shrimp is pink and vegetables are tender.
- Toss with hot cooked pasta and remaining salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
