    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package Schneiders Garlic or Italian Lean Links Sausages
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 1 green pepper, diced
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1 can tomatoes
    • 1 can tomato or spaghetti sauce
    • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 3/4 pound spaghetti


    Instructions


    1. Cook scneiders sausages following package directions.
    2. While sausages are cooking prepare tomatoe/spaghetti sauce and cook pasta.
    3. In large, heavy saucepan heat oil over medium high heat; add onion, green pepper and sliced mushrooms, cook until just tender stirring occasionally.
    4. Gently blend in canned tomatoes with juice, tomato or spaghetti sauce and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min, stirring occasionally.
    5. Cut cooked sauages into 1 inch rounds add to tomato/spaghetti sauce continue to simmer 8 to 10 min until hot through.
    6. Meanwhile in a large saucepan of boiling water, cook spaghetti drain and rinse.
    7. Serve prepared sauce spooned over cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
