This is a great marinade for chicken or fish.





List of Ingredients



• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
  
• 2 large cloves of garlic,crushed
  
• 1 tbsp dill chopped
  
• Salt and pepper to taste
  
• 1 cup olive oil
  






Instructions



1. Combine mustard,lemon juice,garlic,dill,salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil in a stream,whisking the mixture until it is well mixed.
   
2. Marinade is good for either chicken or fish.
