    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Pork Chops
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • 1 pound Cooking apples
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1 oz butter
    • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh rosemary
    • 1/4 pint stock


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400.
    2. Season chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a flameproof casserole and brown chops for 2 min on each side.
    3. Peel,core and slice apples. Arrange in casserole around the chops and dot with the butter.
    4. Sprinkle with rosemary,add stock (made with 1/2 stock cube) and cover casserole.
    5. Bake in center of oven for about 30 min removing lid for the last 10 min.
