    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Chops
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1/2 Cup Water
    • 10 Oz Can Cream of Celery Soup
    • 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
    • 1/4 tsp Pepper
    • 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
    • 2 Chopped Carrots


    Instructions


    1. Brown chops in olive oil. Remove chops. Add water, soup, curry powder and pepper.
    2. Stir until blended. Add peas and carrots.
    3. Return chops and spoon sauce over top. Cover and simmer until tender, 20 min. Turn once.
