Curried Chops and Peas

- 4 Chops
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 10 Oz Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
- 2 Chopped Carrots
Instructions
- Brown chops in olive oil. Remove chops. Add water, soup, curry powder and pepper.
- Stir until blended. Add peas and carrots.
- Return chops and spoon sauce over top. Cover and simmer until tender, 20 min. Turn once.
