1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Lb. boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips
1 Cup Pace® Enchilada Sauce
4 Flour tortillas (10"), warmed
Recipe
HEAT oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate. Add enchilada sauce and heat through.
PLACE 1/4 of beef mixture in center of 1 tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced ripe pitted olives and chopped onion. Fold tortilla around filling. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serves 4.
