    • 2 pounds ground beef
    • 2/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    • 3/4 tsp dried marjoram
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    • 2 slices deli sliced Swis Cheese,divided
    • Additional chopped fresh parsley


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375. Coat shallow roasting pan with cooking spray. in a bowl combine beef, breadcrumbs,eggs,parsley,marjoram,garlic powder,salt and pepper flakes.
    2. Transfer mixture to pan; shape into 10x4 inch loaf. Make a deep well in center of loaf.
    3. Lenghtwise fold ham slices to fit into well. Fold 3 slices of cheese over ham. Press sides of loaf up and over ham and cheese,pressing ot seal.
    4. Bake for about 55 min. Place reamining cheese slices on top of meatloaf. Bake until cheese is melted,3-5 min.
    5. Let stand 10 min before slicing.Sprinkle with parsley.
