Mexican Pork Mole

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 1 pound pork tenderloin or boneless skinless chicked breasts cutinto chunks
- 1/2 cup Kraft Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
- 1 square Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook and stir oniion and garlic in 1 tbsp oil on medium heat until tender. Add pork; cook and stir on high heat for 5 min. or until golden brown on all sides.
- Add 1/2 cup water and the remaining ingredients; bring ot a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. or until pork is cooked through.
- Serve with rice.
