Minnesota Pork Chops

6 pork chops
1 cup washed wild rice
1 1/2 cup water
8 oz. can mushrooms
1 tbsp. instant chicken bullion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
Brown and season pork chops. Spray a large casserole dish
with nonstick spray. Sprinkle the rice evenly on the bottom of the casserole dish.
Add water and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with bullion, arrange the chops on top.
Spoon soup over chops and rice.
Tightly cover casserole with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or
until rice and chops are done.
