    Easy and fast to make.

    List of Ingredients




    4 pork chops
    4 mediums sized potatoes, peeled & sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 pkg dry onion soup mix
    salt & pepper

    Recipe



    Grease casserole dish. Place raw pork chops on bottom of dish. Cover with sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & onion soup mix. Fill with water just to cover everything. Cover tightly with foil and bake about 1 hour on 350*.
