List of Ingredients
o 1 lb. pork loin cut into cubes (pork stewing beef)
o 2 small onions, cut into wedges
o 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
o 1 tsp. dried Rosemary, crumbled
o 4 tbs. margarine
o Salt and pepper to taste
o 2 chicken bouillon cubes
o 1 cup of boiling water
o 4 cups of cauliflower floret�s
o 2 cups carrots, sliced
o 2 cups hot cooked rice

12. In a large skillet saut� pork, onion, garlic and Rosemary in margarine over medium-high heat until pork is browned, turn once
13. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
14. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, stir into pork mixture
15. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes
16. Add cauliflower and carrots cover and simmer for 15 more minutes or until vegetables are tender.
