West Indian Grilled Steaks

- 4 Boston Steaks
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Cup Tropical fruit juice
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp Jamaican pepper
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Garnish;
- 1 Red Pepper,quartered
- 1 Green Pepper, quartered
- 1 Onion, quartered
Instructions
- IN a bowl mix the vegetable oil,hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tropical fruit juice,tomato paste and Jamaican pepper; season with salt and pepper. Marinate the steaks in this mixture and refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours.
- Barbecue the steaks on high for 3 to 4 minutes each side. Brush the steaks with the marinade as they cook. Set aside and keep warm.
- Garnish; Alternate the peppers and oinon on a wooden skewers that have been soaked in water. Brush the peppers and onion with oil and barbecue for 2 to 3 minutes each side. Serve with the marinated steaks.
