    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Boston Steaks
    • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
    • Hot pepper sauce to taste
    • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 Cup Tropical fruit juice
    • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
    • 1/2 tsp Jamaican pepper
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • Garnish;
    • 1 Red Pepper,quartered
    • 1 Green Pepper, quartered
    • 1 Onion, quartered


    Instructions


    1. IN a bowl mix the vegetable oil,hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tropical fruit juice,tomato paste and Jamaican pepper; season with salt and pepper. Marinate the steaks in this mixture and refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours.
    2. Barbecue the steaks on high for 3 to 4 minutes each side. Brush the steaks with the marinade as they cook. Set aside and keep warm.
    3. Garnish; Alternate the peppers and oinon on a wooden skewers that have been soaked in water. Brush the peppers and onion with oil and barbecue for 2 to 3 minutes each side. Serve with the marinated steaks.
