    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 Cup Oil
    • 2 Chicken breasts, cut into fine strips
    • 1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
    • 14 oz canned corn niblets,drained
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • 1/2 Cup Dry White wine
    • 1 1/2 Cups 35% Cream
    • 1 Red pepper, cut into thin strips
    • 1 lb Spinach linguine,cooked
    • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    • 3 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
    • 2 Tbsp Chives,Finely chopped


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in a saucepan. Cook the chicken breasts until golden on both sides. Add the garlic and the corn. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
    2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the dry white wine and bring ot a boil. Add the cream and red pepper. Reduce until the sauce thickens, about 4 minutes.
    3. Add the pasta, Parmesn cheese and butter. Mix well, garnish with chives and serve.
