Spaghetti alla Carbanana

- 350 g spaghetti
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp top of the milk
- 125 g bacon
- 1 tbsp oil
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water till tender.
- Meanwhile beat eggs,milk and pepper in a bowl.
- Derind and dice bacon. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the bacon and fry till crisp.
- Drain spaghetti and add to the bacon. Pour in the egg mixture,stirring and toss over a gentle heat till the eggs begin to set.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese.
