    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Tbsp Oil
    • 1/4 Cup onions.chopped
    • 28 oz Crushed tomatoes with fine herbs, canned or fresh
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • 10 oz Condensed Cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 Tbsp Margarine
    • 1 Package Fresh Spinach, washed
    • 1/2 lb tortellini pasta, cooked
    • 1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and brown the onions. Add the garlic and tomatoes; season with slt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
    2. Add the cream of mushroom soup and heat slowly;keeping the mixture warm.
    3. Melt the margarine in a frying pan, gradually increasing the heat and brown the spinach lightly for about 1 minute.
    4. Garnish each plate with the spinach and tortellini. Pour a portion of sauce over each and garnish with parsley.
