- 8 oz dry spaghetti
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 large carrots, cut in thin strips
- 1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can flaked light tuna,drained
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti by package directions. Add broccoli and carrot strips for last 5 min of cooking time. Drain and rinse; set aside.
- Combine soup, milk and parmesan cheese in saucepan. Heat to a boil at medium heat, stirring often. Stir in tuna and mozzarella cheese, until cheese melts.
- Add spaghetti vegetable mixture; toss to coat.
