    • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
    • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 475. Spray 13x9inch baking dish with cooking spray.
    2. Combine mustard and evaporated milk in shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in separate shallow bowl.
    3. Dip chicken into mustard mixture,coating both sides,then into bread crumb mixture.
    4. Place in prepared dish. Bake for 15-20 min or until chicken is golden brown and no longer pink in center.
