- 8 Skinless Chicken thighs
- 1/2 Cup Light Caesar or Creamy Ranch Dressing
- 2 Cups Crushed Tortilla Chips
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Pinch of Pepper
Instructions
- Coat chicken thighs with Ceasar or Ranch dressing. Roll in the tortilla chips stirred with the Italian Seasoning.
- Place on rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 min.
