    • 1 tsp salt
    • 4 tsp dry steak seasoning,divided
    • 1 1/2 pounds beef minute steaks
    • 2/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
    • 4 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup buttermilk
    • 1 egg,lightly beaten
    • oil
    • 1 3/4 cup milk
    • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle salt and 2 tsp. steak seasoning over both sides of steaks.
    2. On sheet of wax paper combine breadcrumbs with 2 tbsp flour. In a pie pan or shallow bowl combine buttermilk with egg.
    3. Dip each steak into buttermilk mixture then breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place on waxed paper.
    4. In a large skillet heat 1/3 cup oil over medium high heat. Add steaks in batches;cook; turning once,adding additional oil as necessary until golden brown. 1-2 min. per side. Drain on paper towels;cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
    5. In pot over medium heat gradually whisk remaining flour into 3 tbsp oil until smooth. Cook whisking constantly for 1 min.
    6. Gradually whisk in milk,nutmeg and remaining steak seasoning. Bring to boil, whisking. Cook, whisking 1 min or until thickened and coats back of spoon.
    7. Top steaks with gravy;sprinkle with parsley.
