1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 pounds Chicken pieces, skin removed if desired
2 cups Water
1 1/2 teaspoon Dried tarragon
1 package Knorr Onion Soup Mix
2 cups Thinly sliced carrots
2 cups Broccoli florets
2 cups Quartered mushrooms
3/4 cup Light or regular sour cream
2 tablespoons Corn starch
Recipe
In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken; brown on both sides. Drain off fat.
Add water and tarragon; stir in soup mix. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
Add vegetables; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove chicken to platter.
Mix sour cream and cornstarch; stir into vegetable mixture. Bring to boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Spoon sauce and vegetables over chicken. Serve with rice or noodles. Serves 6.
