    Corn Crisp Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup corn flake crumbs
    • 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    • 3 pounds chicken pieces
    • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
    • 2 tbsp margarine, melted


    Instructions


    1. Combine crumbs with salt. Dip chicken in milk and coat with crumb mixture.
    2. Place in a single layer,skin side up, in a shallow baking coated with cooking spray.
    3. Drizzle with margarine.
    4. Bake at 350. for 1 hour or until chicken is tender,and no longer pink.
    5. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
