Corn Crisp Chicken

- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp margarine, melted
Instructions
- Combine crumbs with salt. Dip chicken in milk and coat with crumb mixture.
- Place in a single layer,skin side up, in a shallow baking coated with cooking spray.
- Drizzle with margarine.
- Bake at 350. for 1 hour or until chicken is tender,and no longer pink.
- Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
