    • 4 Skinless Thighs
    • 1 tsp Margarine
    • 1 Chopped Onion
    • 1 tsp Curry Powder
    • 1/4 Cup Chicken Bouillon
    • 1/4 Cup Light Sour Cream


    Instructions


    1. Saute chicken thighs in margarine until browned on both sides, about 20 min.
    2. Sprinkle with onion and curry powder. Add the cicken bouillon.
    3. Cover. Simmer over medium low heat, 20 min. turning once. remove thighs.
    4. Boil sauce, uncovered, until slightly reduced. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Spoon over thighs.
