- 4 Skinless Thighs
- 1 tsp Margarine
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Bouillon
- 1/4 Cup Light Sour Cream
Instructions
- Saute chicken thighs in margarine until browned on both sides, about 20 min.
- Sprinkle with onion and curry powder. Add the cicken bouillon.
- Cover. Simmer over medium low heat, 20 min. turning once. remove thighs.
- Boil sauce, uncovered, until slightly reduced. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Spoon over thighs.
