Crispy Onion Baked Chicken

1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 package (1.4 oz) Knorr® Recipe Classics French Onion Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix
1/3 cup
3 lb. bone-in chicken pieces or 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
Recipe
1. In large plastic food bag combine bread crumbs and recipe mix.
2. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place chicken, 1 piece at a time, in bag; shake to coat well. Arrange on rack in broiler pan.
3. Bake in 425 degree oven 40 minutes for bone-in chicken, 15 minutes for boneless chicken breasts, or until golden brown and tender.
CRISPY BAKED PORK CHOPS: Substitute 4 (1-inch thick) center-cut pork chops for chicken. Bake 25 minutes or until tender.
CRISPY BAKED FISH FILLETS: Substitute 1 1/2 lb. sole or flounder fish fillets for chicken. Bake 10 minutes or until tender.
